Uk DELIVERIES

Next Day DHL Express (£10) :

Orders placed by 2pm Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the next day delivery with DHL Express (Standard shipping) (Excludes bank holidays).   

Exceptions apply to remote postcodes where DHL cannot guarantee next day delivery.  

Free DHL Express Delivery: Orders over £1000 are eligible for free DHL Express Delivery.

London Same Day Delivery: Orders placed by 2pm can be delivered to a London post code for a fee of £25.00. Please call our Symons Street store on 0207 730 3323 to arrange this.  

Click & Collect:  Orders placed by 3pm Monday – Friday are available for same day Click & Collect from our Symons Street store, please select this option at checkout.

Orders placed after 3pm or on a Saturday will be processed and ready for collection the next working day.

Please bring Photo ID and original payment card with you for goods to be released.

US DELIVERIES

The price you pay on international deliveries will EXCLUDE duties and taxes. You must pay these directly to the courier to release your parcel from customs. You will be contacted directly by the courier to settle these costs. As we cannot estimate this for you, we recommend you contact your local customs office or tax authority before placing your order. 

Please note DHL may contact you (SMS) and request your Social Security Number (SSN). Kiki McDonough cannot assist on your behalf should this be requested.

Fine jewellery to France, Portugal or Spain from the United Kingdom is subject to specific import restrictions. Due to the nature of fine jewellery, it is classified as a restricted commodity. Kiki McDonough cannot be responsible for clearing the parcel on your behalf.  

We recommend contacting your local customs authority in the above specified countries for guidance on approved broker services. They will be able to provide specific information and recommendations tailored to your shipment.

Track Your Order

Will i be notified when my order is on the way?

Yes, you will receive two notifications:

  • Order Confirmation: You'll receive an email as soon as we receive your order.
  • Dispatch Notification: Once your order is ready to ship, you'll get both an email and an SMS from the carrier. This message will include a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

 

FAQ

Is my package insured during shipping?

Yes, all our orders are insured.

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, we'll collaborate with DHL to initiate a claim. While investigations typically take around two weeks, we’ll keep you updated throughout the process to ensure a smooth resolution.

Do your jewellery pieces come with a warranty?

Our jewellery comes with a one-year warranty to cover any manufacturing issues.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Online & telesale orders

 

  • If for whatever reason you decide you do not want to keep the item/items in your order, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your delivery to return it to us.
  • If you do not return the goods during this timeframe above, we may not be by law required to refund any payment, so it is important to keep within the aforementioned timeframe.
  • Pieces must be returned unworn, in the original packaging. Please email customerservice@kiki.co.uk if you would like to return your order.

     

    Your right to return is subject to: 

    • you not having worn or damaged the jewellery
    • you not having removed any security tags from the item if present.

 

In-Store Purchases 

For purchases made instore, you are entitled to receive a credit note or an exchange within 14 working days of the date of purchase. 

No cash or card refunds will be issued in respect of a return.   

Special order/Bespoke orders

Special orders or Bespoke orders cannot be exchanged or refunded. Examples but not limited too; rings that have been made to your size or a specific size, any item ordered in a gold or gemstone colourway that we do not hold in stock or items that have been made to your specification.  

 

When can I expect my refund?

For Online Orders

Once we have received the goods, we will refund the amount due within 28 working days.

*Working days are Monday to Friday excluding UK public holidays. 

  • Please note that original delivery charges will not be refunded. 

  • We will deduct the cost of your return from your refund if we have organised the return on your behalf.  

  • Please be aware that, on international deliveries, we cannot refund any import duties or taxes. 

How To Return Your Goods

If you would like to return your items, please notify us:

  • Request a return from your customer account.
  • by email at customerservice@kiki.co.uk  
  • or call us on +44 (0) 20 7730 3323 within 14 days of receiving your item, so that we can facilitate your return.  

The items must then be received by us close of business within 21 days of receiving your purchase.

  • You must write in large letters on the outside of the package; “RETURNED GOODS “. You must ship the parcel back to us using DHL or FedEx ONLY. We cannot accept any returns that use a different courier company, and it must be insured for the goods’ full value.
  • UK customers must return the goods to us using Royal Mail Special Delivery Service or DHL and your parcel must be insured for the goods’ full value.
  • The shipping and postage receipt for returning the package must be retained by you. We strongly recommend that you send your order back to us by a recorded delivery method.  
  • We cannot accept responsibility for parcels damaged or lost in transit.  
  • We are not liable to refund you any money if the goods are returned to us broken or damaged.  
  • Once we have received the goods, we will refund the amount due within 30 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding UK public holidays.
  • Please note delivery charges will not be refunded.  
  • Please be aware that, on international deliveries, we cannot refund any import duties or taxes.
